These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SafariClose. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your tour operator business.

Service

SafariClose provides software to help safari and tour operators manage inquiries, follow up with travelers, monitor at-risk bookings, and recover revenue. Features may change as the product evolves.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace access and for activity under your account. Provide accurate business information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

• Use SafariClose only for lawful tour and safari sales operations.
• Do not attempt to access another organization’s data.
• Do not misuse messaging, automation, or recovery features to spam travelers.

Billing

Paid plans, trials, and renewals are described at checkout and in your workspace billing settings. Fees are billed according to the plan you select unless otherwise agreed in writing.
